A note from the Secretary-General:
It is with great enthusiasm and anticipation that I welcome you all to the second installment of the Keele Environmental Model United Nations (KEMUN). KEMUN II is being held 15th-17th of November 2013 at the beautiful campus of Keele University set in the heart of rural Staffordshire.
Coming from humble beginnings, KEMUN is set to be one of the most promising conferences that aims to tackle some of the biggest issues that threaten our planet and our future on a daily basis. That is why for KEMUN II the secretariat has decided to focus on the theme of Bio-Security and involving security issues that stem from the changing climate as well as the growing scarcity of resources.
I am proud to be part of this conference and being able to bring Keele further into the amazing world that is MUN. The secretariat of KEMUN, past and present, have sought to introduce more people to the exciting experience that is MUN as well as reunite old friends in a relaxing yet challenging environment.
I hope to see you all in November!
Secretary-General for KEMUN II
